A radio serial number is a unique code printed on your radio unit. We use this number to generate your unlock code.

It is not your vehicle registration number.

It is not your VIN number unless stated on your product page.

The serial number is usually:

• Printed on a white label on the top or side of the radio
• Displayed on screen for certain models (for example some Ford units)

If your serial is on the label, you will usually need to remove the radio to access it.

This usually means too many incorrect attempts were entered.

Leave the radio switched on continuously until it allows another attempt. This can take between 30 and 120 minutes depending on the manufacturer.
