By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Our Service

We provide car radio unlock codes to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally. Upon receipt of a valid serial number and payment, we supply the corresponding unlock code sourced from manufacturer databases or authorised suppliers.

We do not manufacture or distribute vehicle radios. All trademarks and brand names referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. OnlineRadioCodes.co.uk is not affiliated with any vehicle or radio manufacturer.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order you must:

• Provide a valid serial number for your radio
• Provide a valid email address to receive your code and order confirmation
• Complete payment in full

You are responsible for ensuring the serial number and all other information you submit is accurate. Errors may result in an incorrect code being supplied. See our Refund Policy for details of what happens in this case.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order via Stripe (card) or PayPal. We do not store your payment card details. All transactions are handled securely by our payment providers.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will pay.

5. Code Delivery

Most codes are delivered instantly on screen after payment and sent to your email address. Some vehicle makes and models require manual processing, in which case your code will be delivered within the estimated time shown on the product page, typically between 15 minutes and 48 hours.

You can view your order and retrieve your code at any time via your unique order link. We offer lifetime free code retrieval. If you ever lose your code, contact us and we will resend it at no charge.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund, provided your code has not yet been retrieved or emailed to you. To cancel, contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on 01942 604333.

Once a code has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for circumstances in which a refund may still be issued.

7. Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if we are unable to supply a working code for your radio. Full details, including what evidence is required, are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GAVGO LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
