We stand behind our service with a 100% money back guarantee. If we cannot supply a working code for your radio, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
1. If We Cannot Decode Your Radio
Some vehicle makes and models fall outside our database coverage. If we are unable to retrieve a code for your specific radio, we will notify you by email with the reason and issue a full refund automatically.
Refunds are processed on the same business day using your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds typically appear within 2–3 business days.
2. If Your Code Does Not Work
Our 100% money back guarantee also applies if the code we supply does not unlock your radio, provided the information you submitted matches exactly what appears on your radio label.
To claim a refund in this situation, please contact us and provide:
- A clear photo of your radio label showing the serial number
- A short video demonstrating the unsuccessful code entry and the error displayed
We will investigate and, where the code is confirmed to be incorrect, issue a full refund or supply a corrected code. Claims without the required evidence may not be eligible for a refund.
If you are unable to provide a video, or if you obtained a code for the same serial number from another provider or a dealership before purchasing from us, we will require a copy of that payment receipt showing the serial number and the different code supplied. This is simply to confirm the issue and protect all customers against duplicate claims.
3. Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it, provided your code has not yet been retrieved or delivered to you.

If you cancel after the 2-hour window and before your code has been delivered, a £5 administration fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs already incurred.
Once a code has been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled, as the service has been fulfilled.
4. Incorrect Information Submitted
If the serial number or other details you submitted contain errors that require us to reprocess your order, a £5 reprocessing fee applies. Please double-check your serial number carefully before submitting. Refer to our serial number guide on the product page if you are unsure where to find it.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout:
- Card payments (Stripe): refunds are processed the same business day. Allow 2–5 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your card issuer.
- PayPal: refunds are processed the same business day and typically appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours.
