If We Are Unable to Decode Your Radio

In the rare event that we are unable to decode your radio, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If this occurs, we will contact you to explain the reason, which may vary depending on the make and model.

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. While we aim to process refunds on the same business day, it may take 2 to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Once a refund has been approved, we aim to process it on the same business day using the original payment method. Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 2 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us via:

As all orders are manually processed during business hours, decoding work is typically initiated shortly after an order is received.
Late cancellations (after 2 hours): A £5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover work already carried out.

If Your Code Does Not Work

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your code does not work, provided that all information submitted at the time of order is accurate and matches exactly what is displayed on the radio.

All order details, including the serial number and any additional information, must match the radio label or screen exactly. Even minor discrepancies may result in an incorrect code.

Please note: Serial numbers are highly sensitive. For example: 0 (zero) with O (letter), or 1 (one) with l (lowercase L). These differences will generate a completely different code.

To investigate a non working code, we require:

  • A clear image of the radio label or screen showing the serial number
  • A video showing the code being entered and the result

This allows us to verify the information provided and identify any issues. Where possible, we will attempt to resolve the issue by supplying a corrected code. If the code is confirmed to be incorrect after verification, a full refund will be issued.

Failure to provide the required evidence may result in the refund request being declined.

Incorrect Information Provided

If the information submitted with your order is incorrect or does not match the radio exactly, including typographical errors, and a new code is required, a £5 reprocessing fee will apply
