You need to remove the radio from the dashboard to find your serial number. There is no on-screen method for Suzuki radios.

Use a trim removal tool or flat-head screwdriver to release the surrounding dashboard panel, then slide the unit forward.

The serial is the barcode number on the sticker label on the back or side of the casing. It is a long numeric sequence (for example, 368112587643063510). On older models it may be a shorter number.
