How to find your Fiat serial number

The guide below will show you exactly where to find your Fiat radio serial number.

Use PC5-132 release keys in the four corner holes and the unit releases forward. No wires need to be disconnected.

The serial is on the sticker on the casing and starts with BP followed by 12 digits, or 815CM followed by an alphanumeric string.
Continental units use an A2C or A3C serial
Continental (A2C / A3C / BE)
Continental units use an A2C or A3C serial
Release the trim surround with a prying tool, remove the mounting screws and slide the unit out.

The serial starts with A2C or A3C followed by up to 19 digits, or with BE on Becker-type Continental units. Enter the complete serial including the prefix.

Which Bravo years does this cover?
The 2007 to 2014 Bravo is the main fit, and earlier Brava-era cars with a coded Blaupunkt unit are covered too.
How do I identify the unit in my Bravo?
Read the first characters of the serial label. BP is a Blaupunkt unit, 815CM is a Bosch unit and A2C or A3C is a Continental unit. Enter the full serial whichever you have.
Will the code survive the next flat battery?
Yes. The code is permanently tied to your radio serial, so note it somewhere safe and re-enter it whenever power is lost.
Do I need to disconnect wires to read the label?
No. The unit slides forward far enough to read the sticker with everything still connected.
