Insert radio release keys into the four pinholes at each corner of the fascia and apply gentle outward pressure. The unit slides forward. You do not need to disconnect any wires.
The serial number is on the label on the back of the unit casing. It starts with A2C followed by digits, for example A2C53387511. This is the most common type on C3, C4, C5, Berlingo, Dispatch and Picasso models (2004 to 2015).
Citroën Becker (RNEG)
How to find your serial on a Becker RNEG navigation unit
The Becker RNEG is the factory navigation head unit fitted to C4 and C5 models with built-in sat nav (approximately 2008 to 2014). It has Harman/Becker Automotive Systems printed on the label and carries both the Citroën and Peugeot logos.
Remove the unit using a pry tool and screwdriver to release the surrounding trim. The label on the back shows a Model No. (e.g. BE 6450) and a separate Serial No. — this is a single letter followed by 7 digits, for example A5180162. Enter the serial number only, not the model number.
