Remove the radio to find your serial
On most vehicles the release slots are at the bottom corners of the fascia. Insert the keys, apply gentle outward pressure and the unit releases forward.

The serial is on the sticker label on the casing. Alpine serials start with AL, TQ, TC, TD, TH or JA depending on the vehicle make.
